If you’re writing your minutes, the main goal of a minute taker is to write in a shortened format so you can keep up!
Use text language
The best way to do this is to use text language eg:
Im sur u wll hv no trbl n rdg ths
So what is texting? It’s either just using vowels or taking the vowels out.
In conjunction, you could also use other shortforms and abbreviations. There is a list of common ones I use in meetings under Free Resources. Feel free to add your own.
